Job Description: 

The Server administrators are responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Server Administrator installs hardware and software, and participates in continuously improve and keep up with the backend servers / systems of applications hosted on State Data Center/ Cloud Infrastructure. Server administrators also actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems. Maintain Redhat and Red Hat Linux servers in an enterprise environment. Should have any one of OEM Certification (Redhat/Oracle/Linux).

  • Microsoft Windows Server, RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian, SUSE, CentOS, VMware
  • Internet Information Server, Apache, Tomcat, Node
  • SVN, GIT, Azure DevOps CICD for release management
  • Powersell & other Server side Scripting
  • LDAP/ AD Management
  • DNS, DHCP Management
  • SAN, NAS Management
  • Basic DB side administration including backup & restore for MySQL, Postgres, MS-SQL & Oracle
  • Exposure on State Data Center / National Datacenter / AWS / Azure or other Cloud operations
  • Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.

Education Qualification

Graduate with having diploma/Server/System Administrator or equivalent work experience.
